  • 1 8 oz. Chicken Breast
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon(s) White Pepper
  • 0.5 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 0.5 cup(s) Spinach (wilted)
  • 0.5 cup(s) Baby Bella Mushrooms (sauteed)
  • 2 ounce(s) Walden Tomato Basil Sauce
  • 1 pinch(es) Sea Salt

Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300
  2. Season chicken with paprika, salt, and white pepper.
  3. Place spinach, and mushrooms onto chicken breast and roll.
  4. Bake in 300˚ oven until the internal temperature reaches 155˚.
  5. Serve with Walden Tomato Basil Sauce if desired.
