- 1 Garlic (minced)
- 1 Ginger (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon juice and lemon zest
- 1 pinch(es) Sea Salt and Pepper
- 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon Mustard (more to taste)
Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix. Some people add filtered water to lighten up the texture. Place in a glass container and refrigerate between uses.
