Recipe
- 1 teaspoon(s) ancho chili powder or your favorite chili powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) cumin seed
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) oregano
- 0.25 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- handful(s) bell peppers (any colors)
Steak Fajitas Directions
- Take a pound of lean meat (sirloin or filet mignon)
- Slice meat in strips fajita style
- Make rub spice ingredients above (rub meat let set for an hour)
- Put a tablespoon or two of olive oil in high meat pan
- Saute the meat to desired doneness
- Serve over sliced bell peppers, (raw or sauteed just like steak)
