- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 cup(s) broccoli
- 4 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoon(s) amchoor powder (or substitute true lime powder)
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
Tart Broccoli Chicken Directions
- Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch pieces.
- Chop 4 cups of broccoli into small pieces.
- Combine chicken and broccoli in a wok or sautee pan with 2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
- Add 1 teaspoon of amchoor (tart mango) powder (or substitute true lime powder) toward the end of cooking and some sea salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cook/stirfry on high, cooking chicken thoroughly.
