Oven Roasted Cauliflower

For 4 people ()


  • 1 large cauiflower,about 2lbs,cut in 1 1/2 inch florets
  • 0.33 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2.5 tablespoon(s) finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1.25 teaspoon(s) fresh cracked white pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoon(s) minced fresh garlic

Oven Roasted Cauliflower Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees f.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the garlic.
  3. Toss to mix well and place in a large baking dish or shallow roasting pan.
  4. Place the pan in the oven and roast the cauliflower, turning once or twice, until tender and caramelized around the edges, 30-35 minutes.
  5. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, stir the garlic into the pan. Remove the pan from the oven and serve immediately.
