Tart Broccoli Chicken

For 2 people ()


  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 cup(s) broccoli
  • 4 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon(s) amchoor powder (or substitute true lime powder)
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste

Tart Broccoli Chicken Directions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Chop 4 cups of broccoli into small pieces.
  3. Combine chicken and broccoli in a wok or sautee pan with 2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of amchoor (tart mango) powder (or substitute true lime powder) toward the end of cooking and some sea salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Cook/stirfry on high, cooking chicken thoroughly.
